Braiders Studio is operated by Balancee. When you use our website, booking tools, or consultation scheduling, this policy applies.
Information we collect
We may collect the following when you use our services:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Booking details (service, date, time, notes, and related preferences)
- Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not receive or store full card numbers)
- Usage data needed to operate and improve the platform
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Process bookings and consultation requests
- Send confirmations, reminders, and service-related messages
- Operate, secure, and improve the Braiders Studio platform
- Respond to support requests
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform, such as:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all card payments; Braiders Studio never stores card numbers on our servers.
- Google Calendar — consultation scheduling and availability for strategy calls with Braiders Studio.
Data retention and deletion
We retain information as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing ziniblessed@balancee.app. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
